Elizabeth Bailey-Sands Clay

Elizabeth, an avid singer, earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the Presidential Honors Scholar Program at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  In addition to her responsibilities as PT Supervisor at Beyond Boundaries Therapy for Kids, she is an adjunct faculty member teaching pediatrics in the Physical Therapy Department at Daemen College.  She is also a Consultant for the Hunter's Hope Foundation and is certified in Manual Structural Correction - Symptom Recovery Models. Elizabeth, a life-long learner, is passionate about adaptive equipment and believes every person should have access to appropriate adaptive equipment without accruing massive debt.

Billing Manager/Billing specialist, CMRS

Katie received her Medical Reimbursement Certification from Martinsburg College in 2023. She oversees all scheduling, patient intake, billing and compliance. She has managed Elite for multiple physicians and has been with the team since 2019. Katie loves to ensure that each  patient receives the Elite experience . If you have any questions about insurance benefits or scheduling, Katie is your go to person.

Hannah Stanek

Office Manager/Spin Instructor

Hannah comes with experience from a local practice with knowledge in customer care at the front end. She has much experience with medical insurance, scheduling, and collaboration with Doctors and their staff. Hannah is a professional who helps with managing and maintaining the quality of an Elite’s systems and services. Her role is to assist in providing patients with excellent care at the front desk.
