Katie received her Medical Reimbursement Certification from Martinsburg College in 2023. She oversees all scheduling, patient intake, billing and compliance. She has managed Elite for multiple physicians and has been with the team since 2019. Katie loves to ensure that each  patient receives the Elite experience .
