Joseph P. Gravino

PT, DPT, Cert. MDT, ITPT

Joseph P. Gravino received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 2015. Since graduation, Joseph has engaged himself in a variety of continuing education courses and experiences. He received his certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy within less than 1 year of being a full time physical therapist.

Karl Smiley

PT, DPT

Karl received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Daemen College in 2020. Since his graduation, Karl has worked in a few outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practices where he gained valuable knowledge. He worked in a clinic that saw a wide range of injuries, which has given him the knowledge and skill set to work with a wide variety of patients.

Bryan Cheskiewicz

PT, DPT

Bryan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Daemen College in 2020. Since his graduation, Bryan has worked in a a few outpatient orthopaedic physical therapy practices where he gained valuable knowledge. He worked in a rural area where he was exposed to a variety of conditions and unique patient populations. 

Elizabeth Bailey-Sands Clay

PT

Elizabeth, an avid singer, earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the Presidential Honors Scholar Program at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  In addition to her responsibilities as PT Supervisor at Beyond Boundaries Therapy for Kids, she is an adjunct faculty member teaching pediatrics in the Physical Therapy Department at Daemen College.  She is also a Consultant for the Hunter's Hope Foundation and is certified in Manual Structural Correction - Symptom Recovery Models. Elizabeth, a life-long learner, is passionate about adaptive equipment and believes every person should have access to appropriate adaptive equipment without accruing massive debt.

Alice is a health and wellness coach eager to help those in her community move better. Alice's programming and training is complimented by her completion of her Doctor of Physical Therapy from University at Buffalo in 2022. Whether you are a novice looking to move better, or a seasoned athlete that wants to gain a competitive edge, Alice is a great fit for you.

Adam Sagun

Adam has been involved in the fields of health & fitness in Buffalo in many different aspects and settings since 2018.. As a coach, he has worked with a broad spectrum of needs; from people with complex medical conditions to high level athletes and everything in between.

Katie Musielak

Administrative manager/Billing specialist, CMRS

Katie received her Medical Reimbursement Certification from Martinsburg College in 2023. She oversees all scheduling, patient intake, billing and compliance. She has managed Elite for multiple physicians and has been with the team since 2019. Katie loves to ensure that each  patient receives the Elite experience . If you have any questions about insurance benefits or scheduling, Katie is your go to person.

Hannah Stanek

Administrative Assistant

Hannah comes with experience from a local practice with knowledge in customer care at the front end. She has much experience with medical insurance, scheduling, and collaboration with Doctors and their staff. Hannah is a professional who helps with managing and maintaining the quality of an Elite’s systems and services. Her role is to assist in providing patients with excellent care at the front desk.

Brittany Rudd

PT, DPT

Brittany received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Daemen University in 2022.

She is a WNY native from Lancaster, NY and graduated from Lancaster High School in 2016. Brittany was a former competitive Irish dancer of which sparked her interest in physical therapy. Brittany has many interests in the field of physical therapy in regards to chronic back and neck pain. Currently, her professional goals are to obtain her MDT and NDS certification in the near future. Outside physical therapy, Brittany’s interests include sports, hiking and any thrill-seeking activities.
