What stays the same
- Your therapist. The Buffalo Back and Neck clinical team is staying on. You'll keep working with the people you know.
- Your plan of care. Current treatment plans continue without interruption. No need to start over.
- Your appointments. Scheduled visits stay as booked.
- Your insurance. We accept all the same insurances, and now the Buffalo Back and Neck location accepts all insurances as well.
- Your clinic. 1060 Niagara Falls Blvd stays open at the same hours, and we have added more for your convenience.
What's new for you
- More locations. Visit any Elite location, including our Amherst clinic at 2420 Sweethome Road, Suite 130 and 1060 Niagara Falls Blvd, suite 8.
- More specialties. Access to Pelvic Floor therapy, neuromuscular rehabilitation, EMG/NCS testing. Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, and more.
- More appointment times. Extended hours / more therapists / online booking.

- Do I need to do anything? No. Keep coming to your appointments as scheduled.
