Holly Tomasello holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Individualized Studies of Human Development and Educational Advocacy, as well as Psychology, from Daemen University (formerly Daemen College) earned in May of 2013. She also obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Canisius University (formerly Canisius College) in August of 2021. She is a multifaceted, license-eligible, integrated mental health counselor with diverse experience working with clients in human services, educational, and community settings. Possessing working knowledge of the Managed-Medicaid System, she is skilled in providing crisis intervention with a person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Her experience includes providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address chronic pain and related concerns. She completed basic EMDR training in February 2024 and offers both telehealth and in-person services. She is a highly dedicated and skilled advocate for individuals with chronic medical conditions and their circle of support.
