With a deep-rooted passion for fitness and a dedication to helping clients achieve lasting results, Peter brings a wealth of expertise in personal training, hypertrophy training, mobility, and nutrition. He is especially motivated by seeing clients grow from hesitant beginners to confident achievers, witnessing firsthand how their dedication and hard work lead to transformative progress.
In his spare time, Peter stays active through his own fitness regimen, enjoys daily walks, hikes with his son, and hits the ice for hockey, as well as skiing and snowboarding in the winter. His hands-on approach and personalized workout plans make him an ideal support for those new to fitness, as well as seasoned athletes looking to optimize their performance.
